Accessibility: ADA & WCAG Compliance – Concepts Accounting & Bookkeeping Services in United States

We want all visitors to use our website without barriers.
This page explains our accessibility goals, the standards we follow, and how to contact us for help.

Our Commitment

We aim to meet WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) 2.2 Level AA.
We also aim to align with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) expectations for public-facing websites.
Accessibility is part of our ongoing maintenance and content review process.

What We Do

Design and code reviews. We review pages against WCAG success criteria.
Keyboard access. Menus, forms, and dialogs are designed to work without a mouse.
Color and contrast. Text and interface elements follow contrast targets.
Text alternatives. Images and icons include meaningful alt text.
Headings and landmarks. Pages use a logical structure and include skip links when needed.
Forms. Labels, instructions, and error messages are clear and programmatic.
Focus styles. Visible focus indicators support navigation.
Motion and flashing. We avoid content that may trigger discomfort.
Responsive layout. Content reflows across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
Language tags. Pages declare the correct language for screen readers.

Assistive Technology

We work toward compatibility with current browsers and common tools, including:

  • Screen readers (for example NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver)
  • Browser zoom and OS text-size settings
  • Speech recognition and on-screen keyboards

File Formats

Some materials may be provided as PDFs or spreadsheets.
When possible, we provide accessible versions.
If a file is not accessible to you, we will offer an alternative format upon request.

Third-Party Content

Our site may link to or embed tools from other providers.
We do not control their code or update schedule.
If you run into an accessibility issue in third-party content, tell us.
We will provide a reasonable alternative when available.

Ongoing Improvements

Accessibility requires ongoing work.
We run periodic audits.
We fix issues by priority.
We also add accessibility checks to our publishing workflow.
